My 1st Physio Course "The Diffucult Shoulder"

This is my 1st official course that i join when i join iSport..this course is held in Hospital Pulau Pinang..it cost about RM700 for a 3 days course..19 Oct till 21 Oct 2007

Speaker is Mr Roger..he is a very nice guy who teach us a lot of new stuff..so bad he had a meniscus problem in the last day of the course..

My 1st Photography Outing @ Bukit Hijau

I've never been going for any outing since i bought my 400D...this is d 1st time i've the chance go out with them all..thankz for jench n nicky for inviting me there :)

early in d morning we reach nicky house at 8.30am....he took his Avanza n bring us there to bukit Hijau ^_^

total of us is 6 --> Nicky, Deejay, Jench, CK, Cloudyew & Me :-D

All of us using Canon except Cloudyew using D50 with a lot of stuff...

He is same with me working in Island Hospital but in IT department..he took a lot of nice photo..go to have a look at his multiply..he takes very nice shot..macro n portrait n lanscape..

Jench is a nice friends...he is the 1 i 1st meet in multiply...i saw him b4 but we never have a word b4 in Chung Ling until now..hehe...he stay so hear with me oso...never notice b4...nice to meet him..

Actually i've met him b4..he is my junior in PA while in chung ling...the world is really small...i didnt really recognize him..but i still can remember i saw him b4 in school..

## Cloudyew ##

he is the 1 i sell my Fujifilm S9500 to him...thought wont meet this guy anymore....suddenly..ha..is him....again..the world is so so small...hehe..

My "Ubuntu"Linux on my Dell 700m

Linux OS...i think not all ppl have known about it or using it..
i take d risk n install it to my laptop...so now i have both windows n linux in it :)

Linux OS "Ubuntu" is free operating system..& all d software in it is "FREE"..u no need to pay anything with it..jus click n install...

but 1 bad things is not easy to handle this OS...many things need to done manually..so i jus use it to online, chatting, watching movie, n listen to music...it run very fast n so sign of lacking like in windows XP home ^_^

u can download the theme n icon n change urself..icon size can be change by jus dragging...so it become bigger n nicer to look~~



Messenge in Linux --> aMSN
aMSN is d replacement for Windows Live Messenger but the speed of opening d software...really fast~~jus click n it will get into it in few sec without any advertisement which causing it lack :)



Special windows effect~~u can drag d windows anyway u like...very smooth..

Linux is good to have a try...Apple Mac also is 1 of the Linux family...

Why I Want to eat at Friday's

AverySs Birthday Eve Celebration ^_^ @ TGI Friday

Today is only 29 Sep...Have a early celebration of my birthday at T.G.I. Friday at Queensbay Mall with my GF Cheauly :)
We never went to TGI Friday b4 n this is our 1st time...we choose the 3 course menu which consist of Entrees, Appetizers & Desserts...quite resonable price for RM 39.90

We had no idea so the waiter come over n give some suggestion...

for d appetizer we choose d Buffalo Wing.....emm..a bit salty..but it taste good oso :)


for the entrees we choose d Sizzling Sauteed Chicken.....it come with rice baken with cheese, taste not bad but the chicken a bit hard to bite... :)


Cheauly is the promoter of d TGI food :-D

Here come d delicious dessert...Mocha Mud Pie..1st ly i thought is jus a normal mud cake...
but its very delicious with the coffee ice cream n very thick chocolate topping...
very very nice :) n also enough for 2 person..

have some drinks n supper there...(emm..food n drinks not so nice...)
